style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:等线"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">在交响乐队中,军鼓是用传统握棰法进行演奏的。目前,多数鼓手采用双手扣腕握鼓棒演奏,有的鼓手还能把两种握棰法在演奏中运用自如。</span></span></span><br><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:等线"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">两种握棰法相比,右手握棰姿势是相同的,区别在于传统握棰法的左手握棰手姿复杂一些。</span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">相比起来,还是双手扣腕握法掌握起来比较容易一些。</span></span></span><br><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:等线"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">所以初学者人门时,还是先掌握双手扣腕握棰法比较好,</span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">待双手扣腕手型击奏自如了再改左手手型,几周就能适应。</span></span></span><br><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:等线"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">无论使用哪种握法,打鼓的时候都时很放松的。若你觉得很紧张,那一定是你握法要点不对了,或者你现在打击的速度正好是你的极限速度。</span></span></span><br><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:等线"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="color:#7b0c00">缓解紧张方法就是多练(阶段性练习),等到你的极限速度上去了,再打之前的极限速度就会很轻松</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">(比如140bpm是你的极限速度,经过一段时间的练习,你的极限速度变为180bpm了,那再来打140bpm的时候就十分轻松了)。</span></span></span><br><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:等线"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">握好鼓棒的前提:调整坐姿去适应鼓的位置</span></b></span></span><br><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:等线"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">自然坐直,不要驼背,不要全坐满凳子,2/3即可。双腿放松,成四十五度夹角。</span></span></span><br><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:等线"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">我们今天只学习德式,因为这种握法十分简单也很容易入门(很轻松也很酥糊)同时这种握法中手腕的运用式最自然的,不会让你觉得变扭。接下来的一段时间,我们练习哑鼓就用德式握法来练习。</span></span></span><br><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="color:black">如何?如果觉得反弹没有多少,而且握的位置很容易滑动,那么我们来调整一下握的位置。往前一点握住鼓棒,或者往后一点握住鼓棒(不一定要精准的在2/3处,灵活变化啦),再次击打,</span></span><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="color:#7b0c00">不断调整,直到找出鼓棒不会在手里乱动且反弹次数较多的位置。</span></span></b></span></span><br><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:等线"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="color:black">比较难找?</span></span></span></span><br><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:等线"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="color:black">emmmmm</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="color:black">,那就位置变化幅度大些!<b>在1/2处握住鼓棒,DA!</b>然后开始慢慢往后调整,找到最舒服的位置保持住。</span></span></span></span><br><span style="color:black">这时候也可以通过用另一只手拍打鼓棒(前端或后端)来辅助一只手找到支点(需要稍微用点劲捏住,别让鼓棒真的飞了…233333),此时就不需要一直挥动手腕来击打了。只需在第一击的时候,让鼓棒反弹起来,后面靠另一只手拍打辅助。</span></span></span></span><br><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:等线">同理,鼓棒的反弹也是一样的感觉,在你连击的时候会有种拍球的感觉(好了,你可以去拍球练习篮球了(误))。</span></span><br><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span
